National African American Jazz Legacy Museum
Brief Description
The University of Oklahoma partnered up with The National African American Jazz Legacy Museum to create a community outreach project. This project was to provide design solutions for their jazz museum located at 2201 N. Prospect Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73111.
This was a group project during the Spring of 2020. My design partner was a fellow second-year interior design student, Emily Musso.
Below you can find a few renderings from the project.

Design Concept
Using aspects of the saxophone such as gold, buttons, keys, and channels to create a unified space. The various spaces will tie together with the design and will in essence create one sound. By using these ideals, it will also be creating a pathway through the space so that users can be educated and experience the jazz history.
